Nokia N82

The N82 technically DOES support SDHC (SD High Capacity) if it means cards that are 4GB and bigger (FAT32). Due to card availability, we have only verified cards up to 6GB.". Also, the SAR rating for the N82 is 0.62W/kg**

The N82 has automatic screen rotation as a standard feature. The latest available firmware version is numbered v20.0.062 and is dated February 28 2008. As a result, applications and features that require the N82 to connect to a 3G network cannot be used in the United States.

The New TVS FLAME Bike

 

The TVS Company’s is battle with the Bajaj Auto ltd, to over come the usage of new bikes in India.The company has started selling the new bike ‘Flame’ in all over India.The ex-showroom price of Flame has been fixed at Rs 48,000 in Hyderabad with disc brakes as an option.

                    “This is the highest technology product in the country. A three-valve bike has been rolled out earlier, but this is for the first time that a mass market roll-out is happening,” said Venu Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director, TVS Motor.

       As per the Indian Driving Cycle (IDC) claim and Indian road condition the bike mileage of 82 km per liter.  TVS Motor said that it has fixed target of 20,000 bikes to be sold every month once the bike is launched countrywide.

Volkswagen developed a Car For India

Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd is set to launch their new small car by 2009-10. It is under development and will be manufactured at the new facility in Chakan, Pune said Mr Joerg Mueller, managing director of the Volkswagen Group Sales India Private Ltd, and President, Volkswagen India Private Ltd.
Prior to the launch of the small car, the company is evaluating to launch the Volkswagen Jetta model (mid-size sedan) though no fixed plans are made as yet said senior company officials.
The luxury car model available in two versions is equipped with 2.0 litre TDI diesel engine; it is now available in the price band of Rs 22.35 lakh – Rs 24.35 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The model will be available through its chain of dealers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore.
A petrol model is in the pipeline though no final plans are made as yet said Mr Andreaz Prinz, head of sales, after sales and marketing for Volkswagen in India.

The German luxury car manufacturer, Audi launched its new A4 sedan at a glittering function at HICC, Madhapur here on Saturday. Fire crackers, musical presentation and models spiced up the evening at the unveilings of the car.

Sporty and sophisticated, the new Audi A4 has been presented as ‘larger and lighter’ than the previous model and its competitors in the market. With a pricing that starts at Rs.29 lakh, the trendy car comes with the longest wheelbase ever among its competitors and the largest legroom for rear passengers.

         “It is a new car with globally unique technologies in this segment and we target sales of 1,000 cars in India by the end of the year," Audi India Managing Director Benoit Tiers.

NASA LUNCHED NEW X43a World Speed Record For A Jet-Powered Aircraft

 Guinness World Records recognized NASA’s X-43A scramjet with a new world speed record for a jet-powered aircraft - Mach 9.6, or nearly 7,000 mph. The X-43A set the new mark and broke its own world record on its third and final flight on Nov. 16, 2004. In March 2004, the X-43A set the previous record of Mach 6.8 (nearly 5,000 mph). The fastest air-breathing, manned vehicle, the U.S. Air Force SR-71, achieved slightly more than Mach 3.2. The X-43A more than doubled, then tripled, the top speed of the jet-powered SR-71.
         
              Ultimate applications of scram jet technology include future hypersonic missiles, hypersonic airplanes, and reusable single- or two-stage-to-orbit launch vehicles.
The final X-43A mission is expected to be the last research mission for NASA’s venerable B-52B “mothership” heavy launch aircraft, which is due to be retired in the near future after almost 50 years of service.
The Hyper-X Program, managed by the NASA Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate in Washington, is conducted jointly by NASA’s Langley Research Center, Hampton, Va., and Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, Calif. 

Honda CR-V 2008 car
